ACF Executive Board
To ensure the implementation of the objectives of the Active Citizens Fund (ACF) in Latvia, and the compliance of the ACF work to the terms of the EEA / Norwegian Financial Mechanisms, the Executive Board oversees the ACF activities and is responsible for making decisions.
The Board is composed of one representative of each organization forming the NGO consortium:

Roles and tasks of the Executive Board:
- strategic leadership and general supervision of the ACF;
- approval of calls for proposals (call texts, templates, checklists, etc.);
- approval of project assessors;
- approval of the results of calls for proposals;
- approval of the Complaints Committee;
- final approval of payments to project promoters.
The Executive Board takes its decision on a consensus basis, i.e., with the agreement of all members. Should disputes arise, the agreement of a minimum of 4 members, including the Chair, is necessary.
