Submit a complaint

If you want to submit a complaint or inform the head of the ACF, Inese Puriņa, regarding the behaviour of ACF staff which goes against the principles and values of ACF, e.g., in case you have received disrespectful treatment, have been misled, have been asked for any benefit, have felt an unequal attitude, you are invited to send message by filling the below form. If you wish to submit complaint anonymously, please leave blank fields requesting your data.

In case of facing any signs of corruption, a non-compliance with the principles of sound administration or any other serious misconduct in the work of the ACF you may also submit a complaint to the EEA/Norway Finance Mechanism Office in Brussels. Detailed information about this procedure is available here: https://eeagrants.org/about-us/contact/report-irregularities.
