Procedure for Submission and Examination of Complaints
If you suspect or have evidence that behaviour of the ACF staff or implementing of the ACF in general do not comply with the principles of sound administration or the principles and values of the ACF or you consider that you have received disrespectful treatment, have been misled, have been asked for any benefit, have felt an unequal attitude or otherwise faced behaviour of ACF staff which goes against the principles and values of the ACF, you are invited to inform Inese Puriņa, the head of the ACF by:
-sending an anonymous/signed message using the complaint form available in the website
-contacting via phone: +317 29811722

-paying a visit: Alberta Street 13, Riga
-sending a letter to the following address: “Active Citizens Fund”, Alberta Street 13, Riga, LV-1010
The head of the ACF, Inese Puriņa, will review the complaint/report received, take an appropriate action and provide a personal response if necessary within one month of the date on which the complaint/information was submitted. If you are not satisfied with the response/action received, you can resubmit the complaint to the ACF Complaints Committee by sending an e-mail to the e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Committee will prepare its response within 1 month.
You may also submit a complaint or report regarding any signs of corruption, a non-compliance with the principles of sound administration or any other serious misconduct in the work of the ACF directly to the EEA/Norway Finance Mechanism Office in Brussels.
