The project aims to develop the 2x2 Foundation’s capacity by improving the management processes of the Council, strengthening its team, and improving the Foundation’s online presence in Latvia, as well as throughout the Latvian diaspora.

To achieve this, the following will be completed during the course of the project: (1) the creation of a new, user-friendly website with a more manageable application process, integrating the newly developed visual identity to promote its recognition; (2) training the 2x2 Digital Communication team to maintain the organisation's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) and website; (3) providing training sessions for the 2x2 Council to strengthen and improve its capacity; (4) implementing four support sessions, led by a certified specialist, which will facilitate the transfer and application of newly acquired teamwork skills required/essential for (choose one) the day-to-day work of the Council.

The project will significantly improve the Council’s work effectiveness and its ability to achieve goals. As the organisation’s recognition increases, so too will the involvement of new participants—many of whom later become seminar leaders—thus ensuring not only the Foundation’s legacy, but also bolstering a sense of belonging among Latvian youth worldwide. The participation of young people in the 2x2 movement promotes active citizenship and involvement, ultimately strengthening Latvian civil society as a whole.
